What is Seats & Swings?

Seats & Swings is a small Brisbane-based team of election analysts seeking to provide commentary, forecasts, and clean data. We aim to create a community hub for politics enthusiasts to gather and share their input on upcoming elections and political developments around the world.

We're currently building out our election forecasting tools and expanding the clean aggregated data available on the website. We aim to be the first point of contact for historical election data, analysis of electoral trends, and up-to-date forecasts into how an election might play out.

We also operate a forum discussion platform, designed specifically for sharing viewpoints on elections and electoral trends. We emphasise that our publications, forecasts, and forum are non-partisan, and while many of us are interested in political issues, Seats & Swings is less about political debate, and instead focuses on election analysis, predictions, and explanations of trends.
